Pengat is a traditional martial art originating from Indonesia, especially from the Sumatra region. In regional language, "pengat" is often understood as a fighting technique that prioritizes speed, accuracy, and efficient defense and attack techniques. This martial art combines elements such as fast hand movements, locking techniques, and defensive methods that prioritize body balance.

Pengat, although less well known compared to other martial arts, has its own characteristics. It teaches the maintenance of a flexible body, the ability to meet an opponent's attacks quickly, and effective evasion techniques.

Strength Training Basics

1. Balance and Body Stabilization Exercises
